Studio Policies
Walk-In & Seating
We are a walk-in studio and welcome guests whenever space is available. During peak times, there may be a wait for tables. For larger groups, we recommend planning ahead.
Studio Fees
A studio fee applies per painter and covers the use of paints, tools, glazing, and kiln firing. This fee is separate from the cost of pottery.
Time in the Studio
We want you to enjoy your time creating! While we don’t strictly limit painting time, we may set reasonable time guidelines during busy periods to accommodate all guests.
Outside Food, Drinks & Alcohol
Non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. Outside food is only permitted for reserved parties. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises. Please help us keep the studio clean for everyone.
Children in the Studio
Children must be supervised at all times. For safety and to protect artwork, running and rough play are not allowed in the studio.
Pottery Pickup
Finished pottery pieces are typically ready for pickup within 7 days. Guests will be notified when items are ready. Due to limited storage space, pieces not picked up within 30 days may be donated.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of hand-painted pottery, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your piece, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Walk-Ins & Reservations
We are a walk-in studio and do not take general reservations.
Parties & Large Groups
For groups of 8 or more, we kindly ask that you book a party in advance to ensure adequate space and staffing. A deposit is required to secure all party bookings.
